Maybe next time

I should be flying to NYC right now.
About one month ago I planned a quick scape to watch "Sunday in the park with George" and spend a few days in the city visiting what I didn't had the chance last September.
I even bought a ticket for tomorrow night... And God knows I need a break after these two last weeks...
Maybe next time.

I know we're not meant to be, cuz we belong to total different worlds, but I got to admit I kind of miss you, America. 
You and your delicious pies. We had such great time together ;)

Here I go

I have not finish all the tasks I had before the trip and the guilt is hitting hard, but I managed to overcome something really important that was worrying me for quite a while, so I gonna be happy for that.
Now let's just follow the mantra:
Live the present. Have fun. Be happy.

One week to the big escape

And so many papers to grade.
But all I can think is the places I want to visit and all the food I'm gonna eat.
I will definitely gain some weight on this trip. Gotta make peace in my mind about that...

The price for a plane ticket to U.S. is pretty reasonable out of season. Too bad I cannot leave work right now. 
What is the thing people say about opportunities? You gotta make them? You gotta take them?
Well, this one I will have to pass...
